App needs update to support iPhone 10+

This is the only company on the App Store that has operated with integrity. I paid for the app before it went to subscription and they still honored it. You other app developers should take notes 📝.

This is one of the best photo tools apps on the App Store. It gives you the ability to create a really interesting and amazing photos that only professionals could make on Photoshop. I love this app and I’m grateful the developer updated the app for the iOS 13.

Then the update. I used this anytime I needed a background erased and an image to save without a background. It’s completely useless to me now. Will delete today

10 star app hands down!!! I had already paid for everything around the time it first came out so I'm not sure why I had to sign up to be charged again but honestly I love the app so much that Idc because I support them! 10 bucks for a full yr subscription isn't bad at all for the quality of the app so yes I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Love the filters and 3D effects sooo cool!!!

I used to recommend this app to everyone after I purchased it, because it was easy to use, affordable and made good quality results. Now I would not recommend it to anyone and say do not purchase or download it and I will never purchase another app from this company. The app I paid for, somehow without showing it was updated through the store but was, now requires me to subscribe to continue to use it. I cannot even try to use the app until I now subscribe to a product I already purchased. I do not endorse or use products from companies that commit such bait and switch so buy this product only if you are prepared to deal with such fraudulent activity from this company.

This AP works great and is easy to use and gives great results. I have told all my friends about it who are into editing there photos...TheGr8Jeff

I used this app often, but as of 5/9/19 it keeps saying to allow app to use photos on the privacy settings. It doesn’t show up on the privacy setting though. Please fix.

There seems to be a problem with how this app interacts with newer iOS versions. In app it states i need to give permission via my settings. But in settings this app doesn’t appear to allow me to give photo permissions to this app. Waste of time PicsArt works better

I have had this app since the beginning and love it. I have installed it on a new iPad I received, and it won’t request access to photos to use the app. It says to go to settings and then privacy to allow it access, but since the app has yet to request it in the first place, Apple doesn’t see it to allow or not allow photo access. In other words, it’s now a useless app until it is fixed.

I gave it two stars because its a great app but unfortunately I am not able to allow access to my photos. This may be because the app hasn’t been updated in years so it’s no longer compatible with the newest iOS update. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP. It’s a very big inconvenience because I purchased every feature related to PopAGraph🙄

Just upgraded to a 2018 pro. After installing this app it won’t allow me to give access to my photo library. When I go to settings/privacy/photos....PopAGraph is not listed. A little help would be appreciated.

I’ve used this app countless times and for several years now , however since I’ve gotten current gen iPads their seems to be a compatibly issue. Needs a update. This is a awesome app to have in your tool box. All effects work and doesn’t break the bank. No bogus monthly fees , hidden charges either. Just needs a update that’s all.

App no longer works. Won’t sync to photos library to allow you to use app. No customer service or anything.

I love this app but it won’t access my albums because it doesn’t have photo access. I went to settings but the app doesn’t pop up to allow access. I’m stuck with a useless app right now :/ please help cause I used to use this all the time on my iPad!

I purchased this app and have used it for years...since the last update, I have been unable to use it because it will not access my photos. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. What a waste.

It says to go to SETTINGS>PRIVACY>PHOTOS but it’s not even on the list. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still won’t show.

Can't access photos on latest iOS version

I purchased the premium version and can’t even access pictures fix the glitch or give me a refund. Very unhappy. DO NOT DOWNLOAD until they fix this problem!!

I purchased the 2.99 package and the app won’t allow me to pull up my pictures. It’s telling me to go to settings, privacy, photos and the app is not listed. HELP!!!!

I loved this app. So easy to use with great results. Until we couldn’t use it anymore because of privacy issues. I can’t go into settings and privacy and photos and allow the app to have access. It’s not showing up in the list. Possibly because the app isn’t speaking with the iOS and requesting it. I spent money on this app. Time to look for an alternative app.

So now the app isn’t usable because it’s not compatible with iOS 12 since the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years.

it does not read your photo libraries. It says to go to settings > privacy > photos, but the app does not show up there.

I cannot get this app to work on iOS 12 on my new iPhone X. Tell me I need to give the app permission to access photos in privacy settings but the app isn’t listed in the Photos privacy settings. Gets the devs gave up on this 3 years ago...

If it always cuts off my podcasts I won’t use this. I use Overcast, I’ve tried many other pod players, I bought an Echo because I thought I’d have a reasonable pod option (I don’t- it’s lousy) and even held on to an old 4S because it could play Overcast for a time... In other words, I’m not changing my pod player. It’s up to you to fix your photo editor.

Lots of features and easy to use!

I love trying out apps I've never used before. I've had this one for a while but didn't really get the chance to play around with it much. However after getting the chance to see its full affects, I rather enjoy using it. It can really ad a touch of flair to your work. Wonderful app.

Great app ! No regrets. I haven't uploaded a edit app with this much technical production without paying mucho $. Great free version for all the 7 iOS and earlier version phones. Watch the tutorial first. No confusion , outline the part you want to pop out -push buttons -choose effects-finish you edit. 5 stars.

This app does some pretty neat stuff. Easy to figure out as well.

Intuitive way to manipulate my photos.

It takes some experimenting, but the free version has many great features and is easy to use.
